IKEA is known more for its furniture rather than for the food they serve at their restaurant and cafe. So when I say the food they have there is to die for, don’t be surprised. I decided to stop by the restaurant for lunch and went on to order the Swedish Meatballs.
The combination, though it sounds a little weird to some was mind-blowing. I had a meatball smothered in gravy and soaked even longer in the lingonberry jam and boom, I had tasted something that tingled my taste buds like nothing else. The meatball was cooked to perfection and it all came together to make the perfect meal. I was left very satisfied overall and to think it cost me just SR.10?
A must-have! Simple food surprises you…..
IKEA recently posted the recipe on how to prepare the meatballs at home. It’s safe to say they did everyone a huge favour.
