My colleague took me to “Shadab Restaurant”, a hyderabadi restaurant in Al Azizyah, Jeddah for dinner. Well known for it’s Haleem, I didn’t give a second thought about what i was going to have first!

At SR. 12, the Mutton Haleem pressed all the right buttons with its super thick, creamy and comforting flavours enhanced by the fried onions and freshly squeezed lime juice.

The Mutton Biriyani was delicious too but lacked those spices that a good hyderabadi biriyani packs. It’s absolutely worth it!

The sides weren’t necessary and the biriyani tasted better on it’s own.
