Soft Serve Paradise at ‘Branch Soft Serve’ – Dammam

Ordering an ice cream at ‘Branch Soft Serve‘ is not an easy task. The menu is in Arabic and the staff couldn’t explain the menu to us either. It would be great if they considered putting up an English menu but at the end of the day, the staff improvised and gave us samples to…

Kerala Restaurant in Thoqbah – ‘Welcome Family Restaurant’

With barely a few good ‘Family Friendly’ Kerala restaurant in Thoqbah, the opening of ‘Welcome Family Restaurant’ is quite welcome and necessary. Serving everything from the usual Porotta and beef to their special ‘Kappa Biriyani, we enjoyed our dine-in experience at this very new restaurant. There is not much of an ambience but the restaurant…

Seafood Extravaganza at ‘Ya Mal Alteeb’, Dammam

There is a new seafood place in town and this is special for the sole reason that they serve some QUALITY food.  @joys10dz and @theovenaffairs had previously visited @yamalalteeb so we headed there for dinner joined by @foodingmyselfaround and wifey @shareeka23. The interiors here have been tastefully done and is themed to mimic everything related…

The Spicy Wing Challenge at ‘Buffalo Wild Wings’, Ajdan Walk – Khobar

Khobar was in dire need of a food destination like @ajdanwalk and ever since they opened, the crowds haven’t relented. There isn’t a time of day when this place isn’t crowded and that is thanks to the host of restaurants that opened up here. ‘Buffalo Wild Wings’ @bwwingsksa opened up here a little while ago…

Getting Messy at ‘Pound of Prawns’ – Al Khobar

Everything here starts with a pound, be it Prawns, Crab, Lobster or Mussel and it is recommended you visit with a group of friends.  It has only been a few months since this place opened up in Khobar and has been highly rated and reviewed by locals on @googlemaps. We hit the joint over the…

Farm to Wok at the new ‘PFChangs’, Ajdan Walk – Khobar

‘PFChangs’ in Al Khobar was a long time coming and they finally opened up to the public along with the @thecheesecakefactoryme @ksanandos and a host of other restaurants in the new Ajdan Walk in Khobar corniche. ‘Al Sheesh for Barbecue’ – Al Hira st, Jeddah

You tend to find some of the most astonishing food in places you least expect to and ‘Al Sheesh for Barbecue’ ticked all the right boxes. My colleague and friend Zeeshan, also a food enthusiast who operates @hungryboyksa had planned on bringing me here for over a week and I can honestly say, this is…

‘Zaroob” is a restaurant chain based in the UAE serving up food from the ‘Levant’ (Syria, Jordan, Lebanon & Palestine) and the name literally translates to ‘Alleyway’ and the food takes inspiration from traditional street food vendors from the region. The restaurant has been open for a few months now and I had the opportunity…

Experiencing Nigerian / Sudanese Street Food at ‘Milano Grill’, Jeddah

Food is my gateway into experiencing cultures that I’m unfamiliar with and every now and then, I get to experience something new and lasting. I haven’t really much of an opportunity to experience ‘North African’ cuisine and thanks to my colleague Wagdi, I experienced the Sudanese version of a Nigerian favourite called ‘Tsire’ also known…

Traditional Bahraini Breakfast at ‘Emmawash Traditional Restaurant’ – Bahrain

I have had @emmawash_bh saved in my list of restaurants to visit in Bahrain for the longest time, stretching back over 5 years but it was only this weekend that I finally got myself to visit this place. I was told that they had relocated to Budaiya, so Nabeel and I headed out to get…

I remember coming across a ton of posts with reviews about @operationfalafelshrq in early 2018 when they first launched in KSA but I never found the time to visit.
Have you come across a lone ice cream truck in Rakah Corniche with a queue of cars stretching over 1/2 a kilometre?
@chicken.firrie
Today’s post is my version of the ‘Mehran Qorma Masala’ recipe by @mehranarabia using @tanmiahchicken. This is by far one of the best creations I’ve cooked till date and NO THIS IS NOT A PAID POST.
